3M 9495LE
3M (TM) Double Coated 9495LE Tape is a low surface energy (300LSE) acrylic adhesive (thickness 0.17mm) placed on a polyester film backing. In addition, it has a poly-coated kraft paper coating (0.10 mm thick).
3M™ Double Coated Tapes with 3M™ Adhesive 300LSE provides high bond strength to most surfaces, including many low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene and powder coated paints. The acrylic adhesive also provides excellent adhesion to surfaces contaminated lightly with oil typically used with machine parts.
The polyester backing ensures dimensional stability and facilitates the handling of the web during reel cutting and die cutting. The treated Kraft paper liner can withstand high humidity conditions with minimal wrinkling or waving effects.
3M 9080HL
3M™ Double Coated Tape 9080HL is a Double Coated Non-woven Tape with Polycoated Paper Liner. High tack adhesive suitable for high temperature and bonding to LSE materials. Thickness 0,16mm.
3M™ Double Coated Tape 9080HL is specially formulated for low- and high-speed splicing applications, followed if required by heat-setting or other oven-based processing conditions. The tape makes an excellent bond to paper and board, and many plastic film substrates including Polyethylene, Polypropylene and PVC.
3M 5604A VHB
3M™ VHB™ Acrylic Foam Tapes 5604Ais double-coated pressure sensitive adhesive tapes, thickness 0,4mm, for bonding metals and other high surface energy materials. It has excellent temperature resistance and can be used to bond metal parts prior to paint processing.
